Aged Care Sydney7 Ways to Avoid the dreaded age spots "

Looking Spectacular is very important to many people in a culture that is obsessed with youth and beauty. Thus, a brown stain of the skin of our face or hands is a source of horror for many people. There is a misconception that the brown spots are the result of 'getting' old, so our first thought is panicking, "How do I get rid of this horrible age spot?" But the passing years are not the bad, and knowing this crucial fact is essential to know if we are to avoid staining the skin darker to harm the beauty of our skin.

In fact, the hated and dreaded brown spots are the result of extreme, repeated exposure to the sun. Too much sun will bring about dark spots over time, but the permanent exhibition - and not just live for many years - that causes brown spots on the skin. It is possible (but rare) to find twenty to thirty years that have brown spots on the skin young-looking otherwise.

Another reason for brown spots may appear in our 40's-60's, is that our skin is not as efficient as regeneration as we age.

Now that we understand the "why" of our spots spurned, and we know how:

* Prevent the records more miserable Brown (if we already have some) ...

* Ensure that we avoid an ugly little things in the future ...

The 'famous Southern Belle "was very good ... she was fond of staying out of the sun so she can keep her milky skin. We can be pretty sure it did not have sun spots in his later years.

Dark Spot prevention of skin 101

# 1. The basic rule, Rule Numero Uno, surely, is staying out of the sun! Sorry to all those who enjoy sun bathing that beautiful tan, but it is undeniable that the spots on the skin are the result of the sun's ultraviolet (UV). If you avoid these rays in your youth, you never have to learn more about how to get rid of sunspots 20 years (or two!) Later - because there will not!

# 2. If giving up sunbathing and other outdoor activities is too painful, then choose your hours of care, because if you really want that sun spots, skin, and then spend long hours in outside during the peak danger:

10:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the spring, summer and autumn 10:00 to 2:00 p.m. in winter

# 3. If you are invited to an external event which is simply irresistible, head straight for the shade. An umbrella, a pergola or shade of a tree is a wonderful substitute for full sun and can prevent skin spots treatment in your future.

# 4. To better protect from the sun, choose light-colored clothing fabric is tightly woven, rather than a coward, even if temperatures are high, and highest. A light color reflects the sun's rays rather than absorb them, and well woven custody of dangerous UV rays of the sun, unlike loose clothing meshes.

# 5. Whatever the task outdoors attack you, always consider applying a sunscreen. I have not personally found a sunscreen I'm happy because they contain hazardous chemicals. However, it is best to cover it with chemicals - and when you rinse out the sun - that to cook your skin soft.

Two other benefits of sunscreen is that you prevent any more sun spots on your body - and keep those you already are getting darker. Just remember to periodically re-apply your sunscreen, as perspiration or water will wash away their protection.

If you'll only be out half an hour or less, while 15 SPF [sun protection factor] is probably sufficient.

To visit all day at the beach, tennis or golf, choose a minimum of SPF 30 cream.

Remember to apply sunscreen half an hour or two before leaving

# 6. Do not forget your head! I recently found my baseball cap is a pretty bad choice. You must have at least one edge of four inches on your hat for a better p.
