How depression and anxiety affect sleep, food and money issues? What solutions are available next to the medicine? I want to know how depression, anxiety affects people sleep pattern (especially narcolepsy), eating habits (overeating) and money matters, as a buyer or impulsive shopaholic. What treatments are available in addition to medication. I want to treat the cause and not just the symptoms but also wants information on transactions with the symptoms.
Depression and anxiety can hurt you significantly. Your most vulnerable to disease weight gain, energy loss, and premature death. The best treatment for depression is exercise and exposure to people with HIV. Nothing else comes close. It was a test done with Zoloft and exercise. The exercise alone has helped more depressed subjects Zoloft. By exercising your brain creates a kind of hormone (do not know the details) that actually gets you high natural. This is why some people actually become addicted to exercise (not saying it's a bad thing). Thus, the exercise makes you happy. And get those negative people in your life. They are parasites that feed on you. Surround yourself with these positive people in your life.
