Aromatherapy Training

Just curious to know where we could get training for that, did you have to be certified and where would you go to get this training? Are there schools for this? Thank you all!

A degree in massage therapy is usually offered by a college holistic. Google to find one near you. It will be a sew three or four years.

Reiki is usually taught over a weekend and is very inexpensive. Again, google. If you want certification in aromatherapy, you can probably do it online.

To be honest, a Reiki practitioner will make as much money as a massage therapist and training is much less expensive.

It differs from most states from state to state, but have a board of massage therapy established to license massage therapists who have completed the necessary training at a massage school. You can check with your state board of health and hospitals, if you do not find the massage schools or massage tips in your state.

The people I know who have studied Reiki gave up because they felt they were ripped-off, and to be honest, reiki and shiatsu are not legitimate forms of massage. There is no evidence to support their effectiveness. I hope you will take this into consideration. Good luck.

Shiatsu is usually as a program of 1-2 years to do well. Some schools incorporate shiatsu stuff you need to know to take your licensing exam and get your massage license massage.

Aromatherapy is not licensed, but if you apply oils to the skin by massage, you will need a license for massage. Essential oils can be as simple as reading a book or taking a class 2 per year if you really want to specialize and know what you're really doing.
