"Whether you talk about heart disease, diabetes, obesity and breast cancer, all these conditions are preventable with proper nutrition and regular physical activity. The Atlanta Urban League is grateful for the granting of Aetna and proud to join Andrea Riggs and "Body Beautiful" to "Get Body Beautiful" women of color throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area, because it is a fun and effective way to learn about nutritious foods delicious, shopping and cooking techniques and strategies and get active with other women who care about their health. And Andrea is so much fun that we know we can help women metro Atlanta to engage in a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families with this program. "

"Body Beautiful" focuses on health and wellness campaigns for businesses and community groups, and produces high energy, fitness content for television and distribution. Riggs is a regular Business and Social Scene in Atlanta, the "Biggest Loser Atlanta" trainer Alive WXIA, and contributes monthly to several national publications. She trains often celebrities and business leaders in Atlanta, while making business and building the body's beauty brands and become thin with leading companies and consumers.

"With 78 percent of overweight women and African Americans at risk of serious illnesses like heart disease and diabetes, this program provides women with the lifestyle and fitness they need to grow their business and improve their physical health, feeling and looking for the good life, "Riggs said.

"This is an aggressive and optimistic that empowers African American women to take control of their lives, improve their health and serve as positive role models for everyone they touch," he said Cynthia Follmer, president of Aetna Georgia market. "As a company that shares
that passion for promoting wellness and healthy living, Aetna is proud to participate in this effort. "
