Back Decompression

Back DecompressionStill a sore lower back after a decompression surgery?

I got a slipped disc and lateral annular tear lumbar disc two. I had a decompression surgery last May and I am still in pain. My spine is still very tender and I have pain in my left buttock and thigh. When I do my hip rotation PT, I can feel my lower spine pop every time I turn and it causes great pain. I do not know what to do here. Suggestions?

These are symptoms that you should have talked to your doctor throughout. They need X-rays taken of progress in the healing process. It should not be any affection at this point. There is also no reason why you do not ask the doctor what is happening. It is the only person in the world, with details of what happened before the surgery, which took place after the surgery, and what was Giong about 3-5 months after surgery. The problem is that you must take responsibility for your pain and nothing else happens. How can you expect from your doctor for help if you do not tell them what happens on.pp

The tenderness in your spine would have healed now. Your sciatic nerve may be trapped because of pain in the buttock and thigh. You certainly have the neurosurgeon to know why you have so much discomfort after nine months. The popping in your spine is abnormal and sounds like you have bone against bone crushing. JMO

I currently six compression fractures in neck vertebrae from C-3 T-1 vertebrae. There are three nerves are compressed with the C-3 split with damage to the heart. Suffered with him for nine months and had two epidural injections in the spine to stop the pain that does not work. The neurosurgeon tries I agree to replace the C-3 and C-4 with bone from my hip and knee, but I heard that the place where he removed the bone will never cease wrong. The rest of the vertebrae will be cleaned and kept in place with metal plates and screws. My arms hurt constantly and they are so painful and weak that I can hardly use them. My husband helps me dress.

I understand your pain and wish I had a magic cure that I could attach to this response. I hope you can get some relief soon.

I also have problems with my back pain. I posted my question on wish123 and received a reply from an expert who has solved my problem. Highly recommend the site.
