Benefits Of Colonics

I first heard about colonics because some celebrities and models have them. I heard they cause a burst of apparently healthy. However, I am concerned about the ick factor, how often they should be done to show the effects and risks of side effects / & benefits of them. Can someone help me?

There is no advantage unless you have an operation.

There is a very real risk of colon filled with too much water and cause a break, so make sure you or your colonicist know what you / they are!

There is also a risk of weakening your rectal sphincter after several years worth of colonics.

Just eat psyllium husks (or other forage) and your colon is self-cleaning.
