shoes. What is the best tennis shoe for foot support and walking? not ugly, expensive, but elegant and youthful.
new equilibrium.
Buy a brand name of good walking shoes, not tennis, but a shoe elliptical. These shoes have more cushioning and a lot to absorb shock when you walk. Preventing Shin splints, Achilles tendon problems, etc. See which brand fits your feet the best. Not all brand shoes feel good on all feet. Nike suit me better, but New Balance, Adidas is a good brand too. It is a mark has been made for women's feet. Unable to put the brand in mind, but if I do, I'll add later. Also, make sure you do some stretching of the Achilles tendon and warm up before walking, even walking tours and gigs.
I have a friend who plays tennis every time and she swears by an insert called Super feet. She tore the soles of his tennis shoes and places them in place. She suffers from plantar facit and had foot surgery and she said what are the best. You can find them online.
I play tennis and need a great support because of tendon problems and my fall archs, extremely painful. Anyway, the podiatrist told me to wear New Balance. They are great! I bought the Cross trainers. Not too expensive, not ugly, and they are elegant and youthful.
