Bowel Dysfunction

I have a cat of Bengal, which does not seem to be able to go to the bathroom. Veterinarians can not find any physical reason for this, and if nothing can be discovered when there is not much hope for the poor guy. Any clarification on this would be great. It is working emollients and eat and drink and has no blockages and no megacolon.

Look if you do not already have a specialist like a small animal internist or get a second opinion there is nothing specific breed that comes to mind as you tried a diet rich in fiber and naturally lactose (emollient) and even giving canned pumpkin twice daily. I am shocked that this is not Mega colon because it is very common complaint I cats.Let know.The only other thing that comes to mind is something neurological is not working properly, perhaps brain tumor /? Hope not but once again seek a second opinion.
