Burning Rash

I have a burning rash on my vagina?
I went to the doctor and have been cesterian cream but does not seem to work. I have very bad burning vaginal rash external I dont know what to do. I put vaseline baby rash cream nothing seems to work. Please help me if anyone has had this problem.
