Child RashWhat kind of eruption would be my child?

My child has a rash on the chest, arms, under his ears, under his chin and mouth with a sore throat. Is it fifths disease or the onset of chickenpox?

Could be either, could be something more serious such as Kawasaki disease. In all cases, you should get your child to a doctor as soon as possible. Some of these diseases, like chickenpox can also cause serious side effects.

Most outbreaks of the virus start on the trunk (chest, back). probably chicken pox. Take dr. today. The rash turns into blisters and it is a miserable experience and contagious.

Hard to tell just by reading a brief summary, but any outbreak of fever should go straight to the right. visit.
