Chronic Pain TherapyWarm water pool therapy for chronic pain and fatigue?

Has anyone used pool therapy to treat chronic pain and / or fatigue? What is a normal session, as?

I am a therapist and conduct classes. Of course many of the sessions depends on individuals, but sessions usually last 30 minutes to an hour. Involving the light that extends a functional (movements that are similar to what you do in daily activities). Some effects of low aerobic activity and of course some time floating in the water. Most of my sessions are really adapted to the individual so that its hard to generalize what your session will be similar. But the benefits of this therapy is phenomenal. The buoyancy of the water causes your body to naturally release of cortisol, which contribute to pain and fatigue. NASA has confirmed the same thing with astronauts to microgravity effects in space. As with any new activity, you might as well experience of fatigue the first few sessions, but if done in a controlled manner, you will feel a rebound in energy Nice one hour later.
