I live in Canada and I am trying to get funding for my surgery. I have a bad credit rating.

Sorry. Costmetic surgery is not covered by Medicare unless it is something nonelective, like burn victims. So you would have to pay the full shot you. If you have bad credit, you will see your statement that you have the money to pay.

I think you're SOL. Even people with good credit are having a hard time obtaining financing for things like houses that the lender may resume if they stop making payments.

With a bad credit rating, I'm afraid you have to save your money.
