Is distance learning degree in psychology or make themselves eligible for MPhil or PhD student, psychologist? I intend to take psychology courses at a distance.
My question: Is distance learning degree in psychology or make themselves eligible student for MPhil or PhD in psychology?
I do not know outside India, but here, a distance learning MSc Psychology is not accepted by many universities like Calcutta, Delhi, NIMHANS, CIP Ranchi IBHAS New Delhi etc. for M. Phil. Amity University students that Barr does distance education. but there is no problem to do with her doctorate.
students of distance education are eligible to M.phil, the institutes are not accepting them. In the circular given by the Rehabilitation Council of India, there is no question of blocking remote students to education MPhil in the normal course. They clearly stand in "for M. Phil Clinical Psychology" that the student must have passed M. Sc with specialization in clinical psychology with min. 55% overall (5% relaxation for SC / ST / OBC) and must appear for NET or the entrance examination of the Institute.
Thank you for responding, it's really useful.
Do you have mentioned institutes offering distance learning Master?
In addition, it is surprising that even after it is mentioned in the circular, which they accept.?? Flag
Yes, but the APA does not recognize it. I'm not sure of the Canadian association.
