Back in the day when I was still struggling to lose weight and be totally desperate to see any kind of results I've fallen into the same "quick fix" trap that I still see people from getting in now. I tried all the latest extreme diets out there and I even resorted to burning fat pills dangerous ... all in an effort to reduce a little weight ... something, anything ... I do not want to be more fat.

In my own e fencing (if I do not defend myself who will?), I did not know at the time the danger of these pills have been ... at least not as far as I know now. I just realized so many people were taking them and they were sold at the store, they must be safe, right? Absolutely NOT!

Here was the problem (for me and perhaps for you too). We all want to see results and we want them now! Not only are most of us (including me) lack of patience in many areas of our lives (yes, it happen to me yesterday), but sometimes when we do not see the results instantly, we loses steam, we give up, we just figure it's impossible.

Now I'm not going to make a Tony Robbins self-development, "You can do it" speech. But what I will say is that if you are looking for a quick fix to weight loss , fat burners are not the answer.

I could go on and on and tell you all the dangers associated with many of these pills ... potential heart attack and heart defects, hormonal disorders, stroke, permanent damage to your metabolism ... but I think so many people are well aware of the dangers of these pills can be. We've all seen the news reports that poor people die from these pills ... is simply horrible.

What I want to share with you some "safe" quick solutions to get your fat burning engine startup. Yes, healthy eating and exercise are always the answer, but sometimes we need a little more to get the ball rolling.

Here are some of my own strategies that anyone can implement safe for accelerating fat loss results:

1. Eliminating wheat and milk products for two weeks or more. I know, I know ... this should be the theme song Isabel. I know I remind you all the time, but the truth is, it works! Most wheat and dairy products causes an inflammatory response in the body (without even realizing they are the cause) and make it very difficult, sometimes impossible to see the fat actually leaving your body. The products include wheat most breads, cereals, crackers and pasta. Dairy products include milk and cheese. Eggs are ok and in many cases and butter and is authorized and will not stop the process of burning fat.

2. Eliminate all grains for two weeks or more. Holy smokes .. Isabel is now a little carried away here. Look I'm just telling you what works. And if you have to enter in a bikini in a few weeks, your celebration of the school is just around the corner (and your ex-boyfriend will be there!), Or you just want to come off the books faster, I strongly suggests you go "grain free" until you've reached your desired weight. No, I'm not saying that the grains are unhealthy. I'm just saying that sometimes the fat loss will be accelerated without them. The Grains include rice, oats, millet, quinoa and spelled. All in good health, yes, but a few weeks without the help your body to sleep more quickly.

3. Add lemon to your water. Lemon is a wonderful detoxifier for the liver. And since the liver is your "fat burning" body, we want it to always work at the optimum. Squeeky clean Keep your liver, through food, not only eliminate the treaties and T.
