Would you say that female violence against men rose from feminism? Statistics on domestic violence indicate that women on male violence accounts for about 50% or a little more of all domestic violence. But it has always been like that? We do not really have statistics going back to early 80s.
T have a face and ideals of the law, legally, socially and condemns violence against women, but not necessarily against men to women to commit violence against men with greater impunity, because he can not hit back?
Any kind of chivalry in the past that has prevented violence against women have also been entitled to women a degree of impunity in this regard. For example, it is well known that the wife of Abraham Lincon was violent towards him.
Is this figure of 50% following unilateral approaches to domestic violence - which indicates that the incidence of female violence against men could still increase if things continue like this, or would you say women are equally violent, regardless of the legal consequences of self defense or their violence?
Oh yes ... especially with this nonsense VAWA. Some women get hurt, so accusing their husbands to do so simply out of spite.
I think it's almost like he has always been. Women can be vicious and too violent.
Yes.
I think society in general is becoming more violent. The women included. I do not think it is directly linked to the feminist movement.
It got worse and I think it can only get worse with the younger generation how they (the children are more violent, and style).
This is a freight train on the run. Whats to stop. I see nothing that will stop the short term.
I agree with KP. more women are being reported and charged with assault. there is less stigma attached to women's information ten or twenty years and this is how it should be. aggression and violence is increasing, but the sad part is, it is the young age of the population carrying out this violence.
I think we do our best defense. Heaven help the man who always provides a hand on me because I fight dirty, and I know some moves.
I think that feminism as a liberation movement of women in how they could repeat the violence of men. Earlier, women were just supposed to deal with violence with the conviction that men are their masters.
Today, if I can respond my bf if he hits me, I rate as violence to defend themselves rather than sustained violence by feminism. In India, where I live, thousands of women face domestic violence, without saying a word against her. Coz I feel so sorry for them, feminism has no value!
I am totally against violence of all kinds and to use it unless absolutely necessary or in self-defense.
But yeah, violence is increasing in society in general, whether by women or men.
I have no statistical basis for my answer, or examples on the site ... just my intuition.
I think that people - men and women - have always had a temper and some have violent tendencies. Perhaps at other times, when women knew their place, they even have considered it unthinkable to go after their husbands. Maybe they have exposed their temperaments in different ways.
With the advancement of women in their cause for equality of citizens, perhaps there was also an emancipation of their mood and ability to direct their anger at the object of his intention. I am not, however, believe that the judicial system - in his car lax and pathetic justice against female offenders - has encouraged an increase in violence by women against men. The violence of this kind is rarely rational, and I do not see many women stop to consider the consequences of their actions and recognize that they "get out" When in a rage.
I agree.
