Awaiting guidance
There are several medications you can take to help you ovulate (may not necessarily increase your fertility), as Clomid. However, most doctors will not seek treatment for infertility until you've tried to conceive for a year (under 35). Women your age have a 86% chance of conceiving within a year, so doctors do not really want to treat you until they are assured that you tried to let your body develop naturally.
What medications do you take to solve your periods? Most doctors prescribe birth control (you will not ovulation) or Provera (a period begins, but you will not ovulation). Going to the doctor who prescribed this medication, explain that you try to have a baby, and ask if you need to continue taking this medication.
So give yourself time. I know it seems like an eternity, but sometimes you just have to wait and hope nature takes its course. If nothing happens in the next 9 months to find a reproductive endocrinologist, a part of the test (you and your husband) and from there.
Fertility drugs can smell True havoc on your whole body and is best avoided unless really necessary - because only you and your doctor can decide what is the best thing for your body you must have the discussion with him or her.
But most do not conceive quickly trying --- average for most one year, especially if you've been using any form of birth control.
There are things you can do to get your body ready and advance the process. Make sure you take vitamins with folic acid. Practice Kegel exercises. And get the tea red raspberry, raspberries are known to help strengthen the uterus that can help you conceive.
I do not understand your question. First you say you * are * taking drugs, then ask if you * should *.
If you have any questions, I suggest you read the book, in charge of your _Taking Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It is very comprehensive and contains lots of information on the subject.
It would be good to take prenatal vitamins so if you're not already. Provera happens if no time in 35 days. Provera helps cover a period. You can ask your OB / GYN or RE for that. You should see a (ER) reproductive specialist. They will be able to help you with your questions. I hope you have a little in your arms soon.
Here is a good forum that could be a help to you.

Good morning. Did your doctor recommend you take any kind of fertility drugs? I tried clomid - just be prepared for hot flashes, mood swings and acne. It works well, I produced four follicles with clomid. I think you should talk to your doctor. In addition, you should start planning your temperatures as you have irregular cycles to see when your ovulation. You can download an ebook full of wonderful information on trying to conceive Sources "link below. It is the best book and it really helped me understand my cycle. Good luck to you!
Try this med clomid
Hint: Clomid is often the first choice for infertility treatment, because it is effective and used for over 25 years. Clomiphene is given to women who are not ovulating normally. Clomid and Serophene, brand names clomiphene, are anti-estrogen. Consequently, they cause the hypothalamus and pituitary gland located deep in the brain to release hormones that stimulate the ovaries to prod.
