Oily skin? I have really oily skin, so fat that it often seems brilliant! yuk! I have more acne, oily skin and really does not help. and it just makes me feel disgusting. Are there facial pads or something out there that will effectively get rid of grease, something I can use when I go out?
Wash your face two or three times a day with a mild cleanser that does not include perfumes or additives. Keep your skin clean, but do not rub too hard.
Use an oil-free moisturizer and cosmetics.
Use a clay-based mask two or three times a week.
Choose products containing alpha hydroxy acids that remove dead skin cells and gives skin a smoother appearance.
Mash a small amount of papaya mask for your own fruit acids. Rub it on your skin, leave it for 5-10 minutes, then rinse.
Steam your skin several times a week. Add to chamomile, lavender oil or dried herbs like rosemary, parsley or thyme to the water.
Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water per day.
Reduce fats and oils in your diet. Increase your intake of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
Watch your sun exposure. Although the sun may seem to dry your skin, too much heat actually stimulates the production of more oil.
Fill your diet with vitamin B complex, vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc and vitamin E. You can also take a multivitamin with high power.
Make your own facial scrub by mixing 2 tablespoons soup. almond meal with 1 tsp soup. soil crust of lemon and 1 tablespoon. milk powder.
Make your own clay mask by mixing green clay powder with water or honey and apply on your face. Leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse.
The humidity and heat will increase oil production.

Ive been using moisterising simple foaming face morning and evening
it works very well it leaves your skin smooth and clean and it cleans all the fat from your face.
Also drink 2 liters of water per day.
Get five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Try to cut the chocolate and crisps cos your plan gives you a lot of buttons, I know that sounds difficult, but it isn't really.
IM 13 ears old and used to convered in the points, but today almost all of them have disappeared
and in no time you wont face any grease or stains on it

consult a dermatologist to know what your skin prefers ... you some advice on what is good for them, but it can not be good for you ... so better have it checked ...
It may be the food you eat or stress that the cause of acne and environmental or lifestyle you live.
As for fat, you can try those oil absorbent paper in a clear and clean, but it's too guuuurly lol
This too is a problem I suffer and as you know, it's horrible. I suggest using a bar soap such as Dove pleasant face (sensitive formula) It works well for acne suffers, and I love it because it has lotion in the bar, which reduces the need to use a moisturizer separately. If you have dry skin I use a moisturizer without oil. If you are a woman, I suggest using primer before makeup it helps a lot with the oil and if you are a man, I would say something called Clear Makeup by philosophy or www.philosophy.com www.qvc.com. It is just as I have said clearly makeup. It has no color or odor, but it will certainly cut oil all day and it works well for men because they obviously do not want to wear foundation, but it may work well for women.
