Herbal Remedies For Dogs

My 11 months Labrador has a hot spot and does not seem to react to the anti antibiotics prescribed by a veterinarian. I am desperately looking for an alternative treatment, so I'm open to any suggestions, preferably ones that have been tested and mostly working!
