Hiv NeuropathyIs autonomic neuropathy or HIV infection?

Hello everybody I need your help with the symptoms been present for 3mths now and I'm having

1) painful bites all over his body
2) painful cramps in the stomach
3) diarrhea after eating (undigested)
4) a slight pain in the ear
5) vibration toe

Was it just wandering if this could be an HIV infection or a problem of Neuro and if it is autonomous neuropathy is it a cure.

None of these signs of HIV than diarhea. I have a brother who died of AIDS and a live with it

I think you should tell your doctor about these symptoms. The neuropathy is usually the lack of sensation in the fingers (toes, fingers, feet and hands) ... often caused by diabetes. Have you ever tested positive for HIV?
Are you saying that your body is not properly digest or break down food? It could be that you have an infection gasto-intestinal tract, which could be caused by a number of different things. Again, I think you should consult a doctor. This could be very serious and problematic side.
