Iowa HospiceCan a person file for divorce if the spouse is palliative care? Iowa?

. I've never heard of the disease or permanent disability of a marriage requirement. Divorce may be filed at any time.

If anyone is in palliative care it is only because this person has a very short time to live. Why the f ** k someone just could not wait until the patient passes. Why put a dying any more pain and misery?

Go to the county seat and ask there. They have the paper work, you must start the process.

Divorce will not prevent a person from possessing money incurred during the marriage.

When you are married, the preacher said to death do you part part. What did not understand.

if their name is Lance Armstrong, then yes
