Lower Neck Pain

Posted on February 3, 2010.
Lower Neck PainI slightly higher / lower back pain and neck pain in the bottom. Are there effective supports that can help?

I have to sit for long periods before the computer. I freely admit I do this with slumped posture is really bad. I was wondering if there are all types of media that work there and can help relieve symptoms and prevent slouching before they get worse? The lower neck is the worst effected.

There are a number of products on the market that help support your back. A popular product is called "shouldersback. It is essentially a back support that allows your posture by gently holding your shoulders back. It is used by riders.

You can also visit your workplace and see if they can get a better president, especially since you seem to sit for long periods of time.

I do not know on any media, however, when my back hurts at the end of the day I always slept on the floor. The hard, flat surface really help to relieve pain ... I found this works much better than painkillers.
The evening after work, turn on the television and lay on the floor for an hour or two.
