Male Chlamydia

A friend of my men have chlamydia without knowing about a year. He was treated, could it be sterile?

If he had a long period of time then yes, it could be there ... (There is no time limit) For example, a woman he has in years and develops PID PID and do some other pelvic infections hit almost immediately after contracting chlamydia ... PID causes women not to have children from the scars of the same thing can happen to men, but it is called something different, you can know if it is sterile as a doctor, if he really wants to know, but yes it is possible he is sterile and it is not possible ... see a doc to be sure!

I've never heard of a "treaty" of Chlamydia causes infertility ... But everything is possible in medicine! Since your friend has been treated ... he could go to MD and sperm given / made to see if it is really barren. I hope your friend has told his sexual partners so they can be processed as received. Chlamydia In U.S. rose 30% last year amoungst young promiscuous sexual partners. Help stop the STD! Good luck! : O)

As he was treated, it probably does not have to worry about infertility.
