Mental Health Legislation

I need to find the above list. Wikipedia says three quarters of countries have a mental health legislation, but it does not specify which countries fall in the group quarter.

I also found a site that lists the percentages, but the areas are very widespread, so I would need a more specific list, the one I have so far been unable to find. I do not need an actual website for reference, in case anyone knows these countries by heart. Thank you in advance.

I do not know the list on the top of my head, but if you contact the World Health Organization, they may be able to help you with this and other issues related to the issue of mental health legislation .
