Is it the machine Compex muscle stimulation work? I just read on the Compex Sport muscle stimulation machines, and they look impressive. My question is, has anyone used one of these machines with any kind of results, and are there other brands that are cheaper, but still functional?
Go to the discussion forum of users of these machines:

There really is no doubt that Compex stimulators work. They would not be approved by the FDA if they have not. They are widely used in Europe and have been for years.
Many top athletes in their use Compex training regimen. Mark Sanchez, Jerry Rice, Hermann Maier, Michellie Jones, Peter Vanderkaay, Josh Childress and a bunch of MLB and NHL players have begun to use them.
Most use it for active recovery that eliminates lactic acid after a workout. You can recover faster and train harder next time. You can also find people using different programs that emphasize endurance on the slow-twitch muscles. All units have a variety of programs for all athletes ... all depends on your goal ... Is it time to shave your personal best? Is it to jump higher? Is it to strengthen? It will help you do all or part of the things that you should use the right program for your goal.
Personally, I am because of my half marathon training with the Compex Sport is something quite amazing.
With regard to prices and more ... there are others, but Compex is the leader, the most effective and easiest to use. If you are going to do things ... not something to skimp on in my opinion.
