I need natural remedies to relieve extreme menstrual cramps? I always get a very bad menstrual cramps to the point where i cannot get out of bed because it hurts so much. I tried all the counter painkillers and they dont work. I need natural remedies, please!
I dont have time for a hot bath, I dont have any money or Midol pamprin,
I have another question: Why am I such bad cramps?

I recommend eating more fruits and drinking more water. When I started eating more fruits my cramps are not as bad. Drinking more water also helped.
I'm sorry you have no money for Midol. Maybe you could ask a friend for some? Midol works for me when my cramps are not too bad.
If you have time to sleep, I would recommend Tylenol PM. Usually, if I fall asleep, my cramps were gone when I wake up (not all the time but usually they go for the day).
