Neck Lift Surgery

Neck Lift SurgeryMy father just had a neck surgery and can not lift his right arm?

My father just had discs fused C4-C5 and C5-C6 also merged. He just had surgery a few days ago, maybe a week at most. However, after the surgery everything was fine, but now he can barely lift my right arm is a few inches of the armrest of the chair. His left arm is completely fine.

Any idea why this happens? Is it normal?

no its not normal and should be examined immediately
