I already had my eye exam NHS a few weeks ago and they give you free lens, so you only pay for the glasses frame, but I wanted a glass of better in another store, I'll still qualified to do?

If they have not taken the glasses and then you can not change your mind. If they havnt then you need to get your good - you'll probably need to ask and take it to the optician you want.
