Nursing Home PoliciesWhy not nursing home administrators to change their policies on staffing?

Traditionally nursing homes reduced the number of employees in the same period of 24 hours. nursing hours per census in a period of 24 hours. They can play with these figures. Directors are nurses who have never been counted by hand on a bed pan, or a basket MED, or a response one day call. Thus, the actual number of people actually care what they say is not seen when they come to make inquiries.

Because it's fake, they only receive funding by the workers concerned of the State. namely, a nurse for 10 patients

The State examines only the total nursing staff ratios and reading charts to determine the appropriateness of care. Sure, they look into housekeeping, food, MDS, resident dignity, therapy records, and files Med pass, too, and the appropriateness of the care plan in relation to doctors' orders.
The allocation is dictated by the administration and is often based on the determinants of the firm and is not controlled by the administrator of the building. The exception, of course, are buildings that belong to small firms or solo ownership of a building.
If you have problems with being overworked and underpaid, see if there are nursing homes other near you owned a small business or are individually owned.
