Orthopedic Neck Pillow

I have fibromyalgia and it comes with neck pain severe head. The two pillows that I can use. The first is the Supreme Pillow by Tempur-Pedic. It is very expensive

but you can find the same pillow still in the box on e-bay. That's where I got mine.

The other pad is not so expensive and has contributed to my neck too. It is a buckwheat filled pillow. I know that sounds crazy. But it does not heat and I can push the grains of buckwheat below for the proper level of my neck.

I hope this helps. I recently had the Tempur-Pedic, but the Japanese buckwheat pillow is great and it helps tremendously.

It's always trial and error.

The only one I can use is called the "Shape of Sleep" pillow. It looks a little different from those of other orthopedic, but it is carved so youve support your neck while leaving room for your shoulders.
