Physical Therapy Equipment

Hello everyone hopes there is someone there who can help me. Looking for the name of a piece of equipment I used when I underwent physical therapy to strengthen the rotator cuff muscle exercises. It was a piece of soft plastic that leaned on both sides. Would it fit in the middle with both arms together, holding it in front of you and making it sway gently on each side.
