Psychology Depression? For people who suffer from depression, which is the average number of depressive episodes they will encounter during their life?
a. 1 episode
b. 10 episodes
C. 4 epiodes
d. 25 episodes
I checked everywhere in my manual and it doenst not specify under what chapter depression
nobody knows and can provide reasons why?

Depends on the type of depression, if it is linked to bipolar disorder. See DSM-IV-TR. This is a book that describes the diagnostic criteria for each psychiatric disorder.
B or C according to what they mean by episodes.
I think the answer is C. = 4.
My mother suffered from depression throughout his life on and off after undergoing a complete hysterectomy at the relatively young age of 28 years. This was in the early 1960s before the idea of an ant or Primeran idea to replace female hormones lost due to a hysterectomy. I have known men who have also suffered from depression because of blindness or other type of disability. I think people may suffer from depression for many different reasons. A couple may suffer from depression since the death of a child or the loss of a beloved pet or the loss of a career. The Monster recent hurricanes Katrina and Rita left countless homeless, dead, or a company. There are many things in life that can cause depression. Too many to count. I would say that more than 25 major events in life! Bye!
