Remedies for fatigue and stress, it may be drugs, exercises home remedies.? I have a number of methods that have been true that work for me.
Here's what works for me:
1. The deep breathing. Take a deep breath. Hold. Now, let it out ... slowly. Try counting to 10 as you leave on your breathing. Feel the tension and stress flowing out of you with your breath. Repeat 3-10 times, if necessary.
2. Self-massage. I want to massage my shoulders, neck, head, lower back. This helps a lot. Even better: get your honey do it for you! Another great relaxation technique is to tense, then relax every muscle in your body, one at a time, from your toes to the head.
3. Take a walk. When I'm in the midst of stress, I take 5 and a walk around the building. I also do deep breathing and self-massage mentioned above as I do. It is a great way to let go of tension and help you refocus.
4. Exercise. This morning I went to the beach at 5:30 am and went to bathe. It was beautiful at the beach around sunrise, and swimming was refreshing. Yesterday I went for a bike ride, and the morning before it was a short term, but refreshing. Tomorrow I think I'll do another short run. It gets really stress your system and gives you some quiet time to think when you exercise.
5. Get outside. Even if I did not swim, just being there at the beach was quiet. It's nice to connect with nature and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. While you're there, stretch, yawn, take some deep breaths, and enjoy.
6. Sex. One of the greatest of all time. It works like a charm. Seriously. This is probably the best on the list. (Sorry, Mom.)
7. Take a day off. That's what I'm doing now. Do not tell my boss. I have lots of vacation and sick leave saved up, so it is not a problem, actually. I'll just veg out and allow me to calm down and center.
8. Meditate. You do not need to be trained in a short meditation relaxation. Just sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, relax, and focus on your breathing. Try to concentrate on her coming into your body, and then exit. When other things pop in my head (they will, inevitably), it suffices to recognize (do not try to force them out) and allow them to leave, and then focus again on your breathing. To do so, as long as you can, and then take a few breaths of clean, and get up a new person.
9. Read. I like to throw myself on the couch with a good book. Well, not necessarily a good book - a page-turner. Something that completely captivated me, take my mind off everything else. John Grisham works well for me, like William Gibson. And Terry Pratchett. Or Ann Patchett, too. And Stephen King. Everything is lost in his world.
10. Love. I enjoy spending time with my children or my wife. Just snuggle with them, focus on them, forget the world. They are everything that is important, and sometimes I need that reminder.
11. Disconnect. Turn off the phone, turn off the computer and turn off the outside world for a while. These things just increase your stress level. Go offline and forget about the online world! You can do it!
12. Take a nap. One of my favorites. Just take a nap for 30 minutes, and you're back together! A nap is like a restart button for life.
A great way to relax is to talk to someone. Is there a good friend / parent / someone you can really trust that you can tell all your problems? Not only the person can give you more tips, just saying something makes you feel strong A LOAD better. If you do not really want to say to someone, you can write (as in a newspaper), it works almost as well.
Exercise is also a good anti-stress, you do not do much, just a turn running or jumping, a little can really impr.
