speech therapy exercises? My 4 yo preschool daughter just told me that she will need speech therapy - is through the school system, so they give him an appointment with the school therapist, but the teacher does not know when that appointment or how long it take to get her started with speech therapy.
My daughter has had several ear infections as a bad child, and we are a bilingual household (/ span eng). It is very quiet, I'm drag answers about her, and she has trouble with pronunciation.
Has anyone had this experience before? What was the speech as your child can suggest exercises I can do with it between now and when she sees a therapist who could help?
ALPHABET ... .. I have a very bad hearing loss of 80% as I'm out of good grades and good hearing with a lot of talk ... learning languages and get 95% s to them 2. try to work on pronunciation and words like dog .... cat ... ect. but to pronounce and spit on them while ... 2 hehehe
When the therapist met your daughter, he / she will give you all the information you need on speech therapy (exercises, activities at home, how long your child will need a week, etc.) Does your child -tested for hearing loss? I highly recommend seeing an audiologist. Otherwise, your daughter is on the right track ... early intervention is the best tool possible to succeed in the future! :) Good luck to you!
