Have you ever heard of trikatu? What has been your experience with taking this herbal supplement? Is it really suppress appetite? How did it work with your digestive system. Would you suggest it to someone who was overweight?
Trikatu is a combination of long pepper, black pepper and ginger.
It is more specific for certain digestive disorders and not for someone looking to lose weight.
