Water Aerobic Exercise EquipmentWhat aerobic movements of the water that I can do in my pool?

I have one of these pools small13 foot in my backyard and I wonder if anyone knows of the water aerobic exercises I could do it.
I do not have much equipment, but ...

You do not need much. Buy a noodle "for about $ 2 and attach it to a node. Here are some exercises you can do (I used to teach aerobics at a YMCA):

1. Use both hands to push the noodles tied down and let it float slowly, then press it again

2. Put noodles hand-knotted with you (in water up to his neck while squatting) and put the noodles in your forehead, then step down and pull the other side

3. Place your hands flat on top of noodles and push down on your belly, then float back control

4. Hang on the side with his back against the edge of the pool and kick as hard as you can for two minutes. Repeat two times slower with pauses for great kicks for thirty seconds between the two.

5. Standing on the side of the pool facing the pool, making the side and raise and lower your leg behind you squeezing the glutes. Focus on the contraction. Do 15 repetitions on three occasions.

6. Walking speed in your pool, but halfway through, turn and go back the other way. The strong current that you created, it will be harder to walk back the other way.

Enjoy!

They have floats that can be used as weights. These are really good for your arms when presses butterfly.
